Press Conference Notice
If you are interested in learning more about the status of conservation in China, the challenges facing the country’s over 2000 nature reserves or the important roles that nature reserves play in our daily lives, please attend the press conference on the “2008 Natural China” series of events, held at the State Council Information Office on April 1st at 3 p.m.
The Nature Conservancy (TNC) will be hosting the press conference which will feature speakers Mr. Terry Richey (TNC, Vice-President), Mrs. Shirley Young (US-China Cultural Institute, Director), and Mr. Lei Guangchun (Beijing Forestry Academy, Nature Reserves Department, Professor) introducing and answering questions about the Natural China events.
